My philosophy

The work of therapy is greatly impacted by how deeply you understand yourself. Once you understand who you are, what you value, and what your guiding principles are, things in life can become a lot more clear (and fulfilling!).

Who I work with

The art of therapy is both complex and deeply meaningful. I especially enjoy working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent adults navigating trauma, identity, and life's many transitions. I love collaborating with people who are trying to untangle their experiences, make sense of their stories, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a clinician who invites humor into our sessions, challenges you, and allows you to experience your emotions without belittling or invalidating them. I like to get very curious about your life and understand your story, as I believe someone's story is the most deeply impactful piece of therapy.

My background

I am a 2nd (technically 1.5!) gen South Asian woman who grew up navigating two different cultural expectations. I came into this field hoping to serve other people of color and those who are marginalized after experiencing my own struggles finding someone who could relate to me.

In terms of my training, I graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a Master's in Professional Mental Health Counseling in 2024 and completed a specialization in Eating Disorder Treatment in 2025.

Since then, I've worked closely with the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and with people struggling/living with eating disorders and ADHD!
